Maybe just write:

" hey how is your vacation? (I was just wondering if want to do something when you come back) or (We should do something together when you come back)"

Put in some personal information ofc. How do you know her? What is the context?

Depending on how far you got with her IMO tell her you should do something when she gets back, small talk enquire into it like how is her vacation then ask around when she's getting back, then wish her a good time and tell her you'll hit her up once she's back around that time.

If she's on vacation her mind will be on it and it might be to far away to plan, so just plant the idea and talk to other girls. When she is back you push for something more substantial.
