Like the title said. I’m disappointed at myself because I turn down too many occasions of going to approach a girl I find cute, just because I overthink it.

I had a good period three month ago where I found how to « turn off the switch » of overthinking and I approached 6 girls in two weeks, got 5 numbers and IG.

And one month ago I downloaded tinder again and every time I make this mistake, I get lazy, I just rely on those apps, and then I loose the « easiness » of doing cold approaches.

Fast forward to one week ago, I deleted tinder again because i know i can get much better looking women and less broken minded ones in the real world. But I’m back at the starting point of « overthinking » the approaches.

Is there a technique to « turn off the switch » for good and just go at it ?
