I am struggling really hard with being confident. How can I be confident when I have so little successes? I broke up with my ex a year ago becuase she said she didn't enjoy having sex with me. That dealt a huge blow to my confidence and I feel like I'm not sexually valueble. I've watched tons of videos on how to have better sex but I haven't had the chance to test the techniques out becuase I can not get a date. Women just don't see me as a sexually guy and I always get friendzoned even though I convey interest. I know it ties down to confidence. So how do I become more confident?
