Okay, so I usually lurk on this subreddit, have a lot more self confidence than I've ever had, put my game to work, get number, get dates, either have sex and repeat, or find a girlfriend.

If any of you follow this pattern, how do you get back in the game quickly if you have recently ended a relationship? Its obviously a bit easier if you ended it, its just a matter of being perhaps rusty, but if you were dumped how do you get back on the horse quickly?
