So give it to me straight, how do I close and stop being such a puss?

However, we finally sat down one on one and we were staring into each others eyes... and I didnt know what to do...... I didn't know how to go about it without it being awkward or forced.

That's it. You think the issue is that you "didn't know what to do." The issue really had nothing to do with lack of knowledge but rather, fear. Fear that led to you being more comfortable watching opportunities float on by rather than doing something.

Here's the kicker. There is no one RIGHT way to go in for the kiss. There is nothing awkward or forced about DOING something and getting in there. There's nothing forced about slowly going in when you're face to face with her.

What's forced and awkward is sitting there in your HEAD, thinking your opportunities away.

Let me tell you something you've heard a million times and something I had heard a million times before practicing it.

Just do it.

I used to have your SAME EXACT problem, man. Had it all, except I couldn't close! Then I just started going for it.

It's crazy how much truth there is to when they tell you repeated rejection will help you get over the anxiety of it.

But as someone who is still improving, but has really blossomed over the last year, I can tell you it's not so much that you don't care cuz you're used to it. It's that you've tried it so many times and had so many successes that the failures are minimal.

Count to 3 and go for it. That has helped me more than anything in YEARS when it comes to anxiousness.

With a girl you looking to find a connection. You obviously seem to have that. And there is going to be a moment of eye-contact, maybe after you or she says something that makes yourself/herself, or the other a bit uncomfortable. Example: I'm dating this girl, and at one point she says something which led me to believe she understood me. I was mentally naked, fucking intense eye-contact, five seconds, felt like a minute, I took her wrist, pulled her in, bent in and BAM!

But you are the man. You gotta go. Show her you aren't afraid she won't refuse. It kind'a even is a test. And women are often too afraid about wether or not their perceived connection is there. If she refuses, that hurts. But well, you thought there was a connection. Sorry for putting her in an awkward spot, saying you misread the moment.

I call the the "melting point", this happened to me recently and I just looked her in the eyes and said, "Is there something between us?". Unless the answer is a stone cold "fuck no" then you're pretty much guaranteed to kiss. If she says, "yes", then you kiss. If she says maybe, then you say, "then let's find out".

If you're nervous about going for the kiss its because you're worried about rejection. There's ways to tell if she's interested that actually work. I always just go with, at some point in the date you bring your face close to hers. If she keeps her face near yours and locks eyes she wants you to kiss her. This has never failed me yet so I find it very reliable.
