They are just like normal women and will be attracted just like a normal girl.

The key is to go on a slow night when she will be standing around waiting for customers. If she is running around to serve drinks to everyone on Friday night she can't really have a conversation. Go on a Monday or Tuesday. If you are the only one in the bar it is perfect. You don't need to worry about opening but you got to DHV and then build a connection. It is basically the same interaction you would have with any girl except you have to recognize that interruptions aren't an IOD but just her doing her job and serving another customer. If she likes you she will get back to you as soon as possible and keep the conversation going. It also helps if you are a regular whom she recognizes because then it reduces the creep factor.

I've gone on a date with a bartender before and hooked up with her. It is certainly possible.

one they are working, two they have constant validation of all the thirsty guys in the world not unlike yourself who try to hit on her constantly, either have fantastic game or dont do it.

Go the bars often and build some familiarity. It should be easy to chat with these bartenders if the pubs are pretty chill. That's when you can ask what they like to do for fun or find out what their interests are. I'm sure you can grab their number and set up a date after that.

Like many people said, these girls are working and they get hit on a lot...but one of the first dates I've gotten after being new to pickup was a bartender. I'd say it's not about having a certain skill level but instead about being genuine with these bartenders.

be friendly with all the people around you and bonus points if you befriend other members of the bar/ waitstaff because they likely all hang out with your "stunning bartender" target. be there late when the place is closing up and often times one or more of them decides to have a drink. have one with them. suggest that you all go out. done deal

2. Once you find out that she's a bartender, downplay the whole thing, talk about anything BUT her being a bartender, pretend she has the most boring job like being a receptionist in a Law Firm.
