The process of seduction is the same no matter what your end goal for the relationship.

After you hook up, you decide what you want out of the relationship. If the girl is cool with that, then you continue. If you want different things, you move on and find someone else who matches what you want.

I define different relationships as:

"Fuck Buddies": You use each other for sex. There is no friendship. You don't hang out. You call each other up, have sex, then leave. (TBH these relationship are pretty shitty and only happen between two people who are using each other for validation.)
"Friends with Benefits": Non-exclusive no-commitment no-expectation. You have hooked up and may hook up again, but there is no guarantee. You can see each other at a bar and flirt with other girls then go home with her at the end of the night, or not.
"Casual Dating": Non-exclusive no-commitment with expectation. You can see other girls, but if you're out with her, you're out with her. Flirting with other girls in front of her would be a dick move.
"Exclusively Dating/Short-term Girlfriend": Exclusive, no-commitment. Not hooking up with other girls, but you may break off the exclusivity any time you wish, just make sure you tell her that first (cheating is a dick move).

Beyond that is a long-term girlfriend and then starting a family (marraige).

Coming of a dry-spell can be quite hard, but when you first get laid things have a tendency to work themselves out. As far as getting a fuckbuddy is concerned, you need to be clear that you're not looking for a romantic relationship. If she's not fine with that, then there's little you can do. Personally I wouldn't think too much about how to proceed after a one-night-stand. If you like her, tell her that you want to see her again. The process of getting laid the first time tends to be more complicated than what happens afterwards.

Okay, first off, I hope you know that's rape. By law, a person is not allowed to consent to sex when they are drunk and what you said above is exactly the reason why.

Anyways, I am confused by your question. Do you want a fuck buddy or a one night stand? You seem to use those two things interchangably when they are two different things. Fuck buddies aren't committed to each other but have an ongoing agreement (I guess you can call it?) to keep fucking rather than doing it once.
