1. Practice eye-contact on YouTube videos. You'll eventually want to be able to hold it for 5 minutes and be able to free associate.
  2. Make small talk with random girls these girls could be waitresses/cashiers/co-workers/friends ect.
  3. Practice a verbal technique called word association. It helps your verbal Game tremendously.
  4. Always be man to woman and give eye-contact so you'll no longer get friend zoned. You might get a couple of supersizes along the way. You never know who's going to be into you. Just take a chance.
