What's Up Reddit! I've been reading the posts here, and a lot of you have been working on yourselves. I love that! With that being said, I decided to share my 2 cents. You can use these techniques to make killer First Impressions Anywhere You go! Let's get into it.

Idk if this has ever happened to you, but back in the days I would go out, and be completely oblivious in Social Situations. I wouldn't know what's going on, and it sucked.

After 3 years of practicing and testing, I've come up with ways that will maximize your chances of making Awesome First Impressions and getting people to like you from the beginning.

What I am about to share has been tested and WORKS. Anyone who follows these steps WILL get the desired outcome.

The thing you have to understand is people judge what and who you are in a matter of seconds, and in order to ensure it will always be a positive judgement, I've split this process into 2 parts.

1. Before Leaving The House 2. After Leaving The House

Disclaimer: This is not manipulating people or trying to alter the way they perceive you. This bettering yourself and taking care of yourself in a way that draws people in naturally. In essence, this is actually the opposite of manipulation, and will actually make everyone around you feel better in your presence.

The process of making Killer First Impressions begins before leaving your house.

For example, there are 4 things I ALWAYS make sure are on point before I step out.

1. Hygiene 2. Grooming 3. Style 4. State

Let's start with:

1. Hygiene

Hygiene is, by far, the MOST important (and easiest to fix) thing a person needs to have on point in order to make awesome first impressions. You can have everything else on point, but if hygiene is missing....you're going to fail. Simple.

So, what do you do?.....It's a No - Brainer.

  • ABC. Always Be Clean. Make sure you take regular showers. I shower every day or 2. If your hair is dry, do your body everyday or 2, and take a little longer to wash your hair.
  • Invest in a High End Perfume and Deodorant. NOTHING is worse that smelling and having sweat stains.
  • Brush Your Teeth. Floss. Have a fresh breath at ALL times. DO NOT eat Garlic before an important event.

2. Grooming

Grooming really takes you up the physical appearance scale*, not that it has that much importance*, but to the regular Homo Sapien, it does. Here, you want to be more personal and see what you like, but also what suits you best. Here are the general rules.

  • Facial Hair: Experiment with a couple of styles. See what suits your face shape the most. Go with it.
  • Hairstyle: A general rule is. Round face, square-ish hairstyle. Square Face, round-ish hairstyle. But once again, here's what I did. I grew my hair long, enjoyed it for a bit. Then I tried a couple hair styles ranging from longest to shortest. A bun to a buzz cut. After this experimental phase, choose your favorite.
  • Body Hair: I generally like to go clean shaven; everywhere. But that's personal preference. You can still keep some hair. Just make sure the hair is clean and well kept.

3. Style

Style is the most personal out of everything on this list. Personally, I like to wear well-tailored cloth. If I am wearing casual or business. It's. Always. Tailored.

For Men:

  • Go with what's comfortable and what you personally like. Do NOT hop on trends, unless you see yourself wearing the item after the trend dies.
  • Suits will automatically make you appear higher value, assuming it's acceptable to wear a suit in that specific setting.
  • Being slightly over-dressed is much better than being under-dressed.
  • Basics are IMPORTANT. Whites, blacks, grays, and navies.
  • Spend some extra bucks tailoring your clothes.

4. State

This is what ensures you will have a great time when you go out, and done correctly...it will accelerate your results.

This is what I do EVERY TIME before I go out.

  • Create a music playlist that resonates with you and makes you feel positive and confident. (This may take a little while, so TAKE YOUR TIME)
  • 30 minutes before going out, play this playlist on your speaker, phone, etc.
  • Dance like crazy to it, sing to it loudly, LET LOOSE........

"Remember yourself when you felt most confident, visualize it, remember each detail...." (More on this in the YouTube Video)

The Brain can't differentiate imagination from reality, and will therefore follow your lead.

This is what you do AFTER Leaving the House

After you've done everything correctly inside the house, it's time we move to what ACTUALLY makes a big difference; what you do outside the house...

1. Body Language 2. Vocal Tonality 3. Eye Contact

Sub communications make a HUGE difference. You can say the same sentence in a billion different ways, and each would have a different impact.

Generally, I want you to aim for an open and relaxed Body Language, a Loud and Clear Voice, and Steady Eye Contact. Always have a straight posture. Roll your shoulders back, keep your neck straight, and stand tall. DON'T SLOUCH.

Your Super Power:

Yes, we have a super power. Yes, it's cliche. Yes, it works.

SMILE. GENUINELY. It's power is insane. Don't smile like a clown, that really isn't what we're aiming for. I want you to smile whenever you feel like smiling. Remind yourself that this moment is happening right now, and it's beautiful. I need to smile. This impacts your mood as well and will make you feel happier...It's proven

There you go guys! This is exactly how I make a Killer First Impression every time I go out!
