Look up banter lines online. I found quite a few collections when I looked last year and I saved about 100 of the best ones.

Study them and see how the funniest lines contain both a pos and a neg in the same line. You don't have to use these exact lines. But if you get a feel for how they work you can learn how to slip push and pull into your conversations. In a funny and charming way.
