I am shy, don’t fight it, use it let it be, when fighting it is when you fuck up and say things you will regret, trust me, I’m not always shy but when I am, man I hate it, don’t see it as a “bad” feeling, more of a extrem feeling of “joy” your trying to contain, makes it a little easier to deal with! So next time it comes think of it as “extrem joy” filling your body, contain it but don’t fight it, don’t “puff” up or try to say a smart thing, you will look like a retard

The goal is to be able to talk with a girl for as long as possible. How? You need to use progressive steps.

You have to cross that line and push your comfort zone. Face what you fear a little and realize it’s not a big deal. Then, eventually you will have a few wins and your confidence will grow. And then you will realize you had it in you all along.

It may take some personal development to get there. And interacting with women in a less pressure type of environment may be helpful. But, you have to cross that line and realize it’s not a big deal.

Shyness, or other avoidance behaviors can have numerous causes. Common to all of them are “cognitive distortions”—that is, thoughts that do not reflect reality. For instance have you NEVER talked to girls? That is unlikely but you said you ALWAYS have, suggesting no exceptions.

Depending on who you talk to. there can be as many as 50 ways we exhibit distorted thinking. The idea is to root them out, examine them, and modify them.

English isn't my native language, but as I understand it, are you saying that talking with a girl is taboo, but talking with another man isn't? You must be kidding. In that case, how can you meet a girl if talking with them is taboo?
