I used to fear this a lot so I would leave my phone recording in my jeans when I left them on the floor and audibly ask "are you sure you want to do this" etc. After a while of doing this your phone fills up and you realize that the false accusations barely ever happen.
Now a days I don't bring women back to my flat unless I trust them and they trust me. And I endeavor to make them as comfortable as possible. On my bedside table I keep a wax pineapple and I always tell the girl "if you feel uncomfortable at any time just say pineapple, point to the pineapple or knock it off of the table and I will stop".

Didn't date, had a threesome with her and her best friend and technically wasn't her bf, just fwb that didn't love her back.
Almost got kicked off the university varsity team and lost my scholarship because of it.
Only proof I had was messages from her admitting that she made it up.

I read that. But if someone says “no” and you back off, leave them alone, go away or whatever it’s impossible to substantiate any rape allegations.

I have been sexually active and flirting with women in all sorts of places and climates (even in extra progressive social circles) and this has never happened to me or anyone I know except one guy in highschool because the girl had a previous grudge with him about something.
Best way to avoid rape accusations? Don’t rape people and you should be good.
