First of all bro, stop booking the hotel before you even know if there's chemistry. That's backwards and it's probably why you're not closing. You're investing money upfront on a maybe and then subconsciously putting pressure on yourself to make it work which she feels. Wait until you're already on the date and can feel where things are going and if there is physical escalation. Most hotels in Midtown you can book same day on your phone in two minutes. Date is going well so you excuse yourself to the bathroom book it real quick, come back and keep the vibe going. Now you have somewhere lined up and you haven't wasted money on a night that went nowhere. You can use a fraction of that money on an uber to get home instead... Make a list of a few hotels so that they're not booked.

On getting her to suggest her place over text you can't really engineer that without it reading exactly like what it is. What you can do is just make the date good enough that the conversation naturally drifts toward continuing the night and maybe she'll over to go back home. But honestly, this is really fucking hard on a first date. Girls do not trust you, this is why you're meeting at a public place. Five dates in a month with zero closes is probably less of a logistics problem and more of a escalation problem honestly. Once that attraction is really sparked then your words will start carrying some weight with them.

How you wrote it also sounds like you want to date them but then it sounds like you just want to get laid. This is two totally different games

Id say dont book the hotel, unless it's certain. Most hotels always have room. second dont suggest near her place unless yu can causally put it that way. She likely wont want a guy knowing where she lives that she just met.

Now this is something that a friend and i devised on how to take women home. Im not saying it works most of the time, it probalby doesnt. But it did increase our odds.

If the date goes well where there was touching and kissing, and you both had fun. Then at the end of the date go up to her kiss her and say "this was fun. what are you trying to do now?" if she is into it she will see "idk what were you thinking". then you can suggest the hotel, get some pizza watch a movie, etc.

The important thing is to present it as a "im having fun and want to contineu ti but if you want to leave that's ok too". Because women already get shamed for sex, so if you presnet it as a "let's fuck" situation, she will feel like a 20 dollar hooker and likely say no. But if you make her feel like she can leave whenever than she might be like "well i can stay for an hour and leave afterwards". Now a hotel does make it a bit harder because it's obvious that you arent going to pay 100 dollars just to chill.

Part of this plan is also understanding that if she wants to leave at any point in the night, let her go. If she agrees and then gets hesitant, let her go. Like there's times i got a girl in my apartment, she gets a bit tired, maybe sobered up a bit and said "i should leave". I let her go, sucks to be so close but she will respect that more if you let her go with no huffing or puffing and you will likely get a 2nd date. Think about it like this, letting her go may lead to you getting some more action later.
