Have an excuse to go your place that doesn't sound like you're just asking her to come over and bang.

Can be the disingenuous practical errand:

"hey my place is on the way (to wherever you're going), lets go up real quick and I'll [change my clothes / grab my wallet / turn off my AC/heater]"

Wherever you're going could be something you made up that's in the direction of your place, or it could be real.

Or a slightly more genuine invitation:

"hey my place is 5 minutes from here, I really want to show you my [thing she'd be excited to see that isn't sexual]"

Once she's at your place, you can show her the thing (or do the errand). But then you just escalate. You don't want to pull her to your place unless you think she'd be open to sex if you got her alone and approached it correctly.

If you do this well, she'll see it as "well, we went to his place for a minute for (excuse), and then things just happened chemistry feelings bla bla bla". That's important for most women to some degree, as they don't want to feel like a slut who met some guy and intentionally went to his apartment to fuck without really knowing him first.

"Come see my rooftop and drink wine" is probably too overt for most women you'll try to pull, though it depends on context and the kind of women you try it on.
