Instead of saying "yeah" or nodding your head, or showing any sort of agreement, try just not saying anything. Just say nothing or add to her point sainted of just agreeing. Sometimes I look in a different direction as if I'm considering my opinion rather than just saying "Mhm, Mhm". They don't care if you agree with them, they're just stating their opinion. Try to do the same.

Don't mean to be a dick, but it's this simple: be a man. Get out of your head. You know that old saying, actions speak louder than words? It's real. You will never agree with everyone. If you have a valid reasoning for an argument, bring it up, or dismiss the argument. Conflict happens. It's human. Don't sweat a disagreement. It's something that person may never remember. If they really do care about it too much, then they likely aren't worth your time anyway.

If you genuinely agree, try adding on to what she says, or at least repeat what she says in your own words. It's called active listening

Disagree with them on purpose in a playful way to spike it (i.e. "Where are you from?" "London" "I hate London ;)").
