Stop caring dude. Do you really need a girl to text you first so you can have that momentary validation of someone wanting to talk to you?

It's good to be the initiator because I'm busy and can choose to do things on my own terms. Unless I like a girl a lot, a girl texting me first and expecting immediate response is extremely annoying. I would assume a girl would feel the same.

If I was you, I'd keep my options open & plentiful. Sometimes I don't remember who im texting so when a girl I stopped talking to for a week, texts me back... then I know, its on.

I think that's about the only advice I can give.. Just, have more options. that way, its not a big deal to you.

Sometimes I'll cut ties just to see if they are interested in me. Typically the ones who do see value in me from our interactions do hit me up. Sometimes I'll just talk to other girls so when I do text a girl it is kind of a big deal.

This may sound kind of manipulative but I try different things with different girls. You can't do the same thing over and over and expect results. I see talking to girls as more of a social experiment and each interaction is going to help me in future interactions. I want to learn what works the best. As lame as it sounds, I keep a notebook and write things down and keep track of success rates and failure rates. I'll also write down what I think I done wrong.

I've come to find that I attract crazy girls. The girls I let go/cut ties with are the crazy and negative ones. I also realized that these are the girls that I cut off and because communication with me is limited/none it tends to make them want me more. These are girls that get mad and offended about me not wanting to see them or talk to them.

Coming to a conclusion I think that I need to treat all girls how I do the crazy girls. Seems like the bait (number), pull (get to know them), release (well shes crazy) is effective game, if you want a girl to chase you.

Them telling you they thought you were busy could be legit but I'm betting it's bullshit.

Girls that like me text me whether I initiate or not.

They could also be shy. I don't read shy people that well.
