I learned that one the hard way as well. Always be prepared to follow up your opener with actual conversation material.

It happens. At least now you have the experience of blowing an opener that way, and what was the worst that happened? You walked away and they forgot all about it.

I think that's why StyleLife focuses on openers a lot at first. You start becoming desensitized to the rejections and failures, but more than that, you start seeing directions the openers will go, and the patterns of how the set will react with you.

BTW, there was a StyleLife subreddit formed a while ago, "30 Day Seddit." I don't see any evidence anyone got past Day 6. You're on Day 9, most people don't have the balls to go for more than a few days. Maybe you should drop some reports on your program into 30 Day Seddit and give some encouragement to people who are afraid they can't get past Day 4.
