I'm a college student at a community school. I wanted to know how do I go about asking for the number to playfully text them? I always thought I'm only suppose to ask for the number if I'm asking her on a date. This brings me to my next question. How do I even ask anyone on a date without a car? I know someone I want to ask but shes from a different school. Last thing I want to do is to make someone travel in the city to meet me or is she suppose to do that?
