This is so basic that it essentially breaks rule 7, but whatever, here are my answers:

The social game, flirtation, I've seen it defined as "lines or moves you use to get the opposite sex into bed".
Depends on the context, but I don't recommend using pre-made lines, most of them do not work anyway.
Busy streets near malls, but just streets in general are good, although you can apoproach women anywhere you find them...

There is no LINES

There is no magic line that's going to take a introvert loser into a stud.

So stop looking for that.

Second, game is simply the ability to smoothly operate in social interactions to obtain a desired outcome.

Game is being able to read the body language of a woman and know before you approach her if she's interested or not.

Game is knowing when to talk and when to keep your mouth shut.

Game is the ability to apply the exact amount of pressure and no more.
