I'm 25 and live in a country with a different language. I don't necessarily need to meet lots of women, but I do want to find a single beautiful girlfriend.

I have real problems with anxiety in general and approaching is very hard for me. I used to take medication for anxiety but I've been off it for nearly two years.

People who know me say I'm confident. I moved to a new country alone without knowing the language and I've competed in sports at a respected level.

I have high standards with women, and I've been in some bad relationships in the past. I've approached two girls in the past and gotten numbers both times but I didn't feel comfortable and it took a lot of guts.

What mindset do I need to take on? What advice can you give to a beginner?
