English is my native language, I live in Europe and know the local lingo at an intermediate level. It's rare for locals to hear foreigners speaking their language and they're usually pleasantly surprised. Girls have told me that my accent is cute. What language should I open with?

I want to get into this more seriously. I'm thinking I should like a thirty day challenge. Approach a girl a day to get over my anxiety. What should I expect? I'm worried about going for the hottest girls, cos I think I'll get shot down. But I think I'd be selling myself short going otherwise, considering I've made so many improvements in my life overall.
