I get that you really want to approach this girl, but the gym is not the best place to approach women. If you really want to, do it after the workout.

That being said, don't think, just act. Also know that women like it when they are approached and that what you say is not a huge concern, because approaching is the goal.

Lastly, you are not going to die. She is most likely going to be polite to you (unless you're a douchebag to her).
