I feel like although seduction is great at giving inner game advice there's a difference between inner game and self-esteem issues. If you genuinely feel like you lack value that is a symbol of a more all-encompassing problem that the analogies and anectodes on here might not be enough to help you with. It may take a few sessions with a licensed therapist or other type of help to give you a deeper sense of purpose and essence you can attach to when progressing as an attractive man.

The good news is that getting the proper help (like seeing a doctor and/or therapist) does work really well and that the results are more amazing than you can imagine before it happens. The bad news is IMO that you really need to figure it out before starting your work on seduction. Because if you feel like you need to learn how to pick up chicks instead of doing this because it's fun and you want to it can SERIOUSLY mess you up and push you in the opposite direction of where you ultimately want to go (that carefree vibe that no matter what you say or do you are still awesome).

Anyway that's just my take. Not trying to be a buzzkill but I honestly think a lot of people on here would actually be better served talking to a therapist over reading a PUA manual, and I think their game would get better more quickly choosing the former over the latter. I think some of the guys on here would get better so fast it would almost scare them (like maybe even after their first few sessions in therapy or even their first). Once you get self-esteem EVERYTHING changes and you can really start progressing as an individual and taking on the world, often times faster than you'd ever imagine you were capable of.
