I have just recently subscribed and decided to implement ideas in this sub to my life.

Im 23 years old and I don't feel confident when I want to approach a woman, talk to a woman, express myself honestly, etc. Socially, I go to a bar once a week with some friends, and I plan to go out to some bars and clubs on my own accord.

Im 23 years old and I live with my parents, which has somewhat caused me to be insecure about my current situation. I really like this community and I really want to improve myself because I have zero satisfaction with my sexual desires.
