know the area? think of a nice route. food and drinks on the way are good esspecially if there are some locations where you don't get the everyday stuff.

Escape room, visit old abandoned building and neg/hint/scare about zombie apocalypse. Visit lake or river dangle feet in the water. Sit somewhere and guess other peoples lifes as they pass by and reason why you think they do what you guessed.
visit an old arcade if there is smth. like that around. If your date is in walking distance bring a pet ( dog cat racoon lynx whatever) and blame your neighbour for not informing you ahead of time (make sure you can return at any time without having to wait for your neighbour to return) or if you know she is into pets suggest taking those of the local animal shelter for a walk (they normally are gratefull for this but you have to register ahead of time at least YOU). visit some charity thing and help people together

sidenote: i am not that much into pickup i am more seeking real bonds, so those might not be the fastest way into her pussy but more for girlfriend material.

Well asking her what her idea of a perfect first date is might sound romantic but it's not a great move. She's expecting you to lead, which means coming up with something interesting and worthwile without needing her help. You should just create some plans and tell her this is what we are going to do.

You can go to have some drinks in a bar aswell but you don't want to be in front of her, just try to find one with nice sofas so you can get close to her easily.

You have to lead the experience. What do you want to do? Ask yourself that, and then take her there. No movies though, make sure to bring her somewhere that facilitates social interaction. The Cinema does not facilitate conversation.
