There’s nothing wrong with approaching alone. It’s probably a bigger issue for you then others.
I think your biggest issue is your mental health. You’re not taking control.
You don’t like your friends? Get new ones. It’s not hard today to find people with similar interest. I used the meetup app to grow a social circle.

My hobbies are mostly playing video games, reading, meditating, hiking. I also used to have anxiety but I think that I got rid of it by going out socializing drinking meeting new people but rn thats hard to do. Especially since bars only work untill 11 pm. And yeah rn the biggest issue is my mental health, but I guess I will heal after things settle down a bit.

Talk to a doctor if you think you are depressed, small period of medication can be extremely medication (trust me )

You need to look into inner game. Basically you need to work on your life first and get it going in the right direction. Then, lets talk about friends and women.
As others have mentioned, you need to stop seeking validation to fill yourself from others. You need to work on yourself first l. Start working out, pick up a sport or a hobby. How do you expect someone to like you if you don’t like yourself?
