I watched this video, and it's great about being the "King".

Nick Sparks talks about holding eye contact during a "lull" in a conversation, to build tension. However, this doesn't really work in large groups. Whenever there's a lull, she's just going to hop onto the next conversation thread because someone else will chime into the conversation. How do you be the "alpha" in a large group conversation, to direct/lead conversation topics, to be the one offering value?
