After reading some great feedback on some of my recent posts, I've come to terms with something.

There used to be a time when people thought Mystery was out of his mind when he discussed catstring theory, pivots, DHV's, or negs. There was also a time not too long ago when MM was the gold standard in the seduction community. Certain ideas simply need a level of controversy in order to get recognized, for better or for worse.

Many PUA's have since challenged MM and have helped pave the way to the next step in the evolution of PU. The PU community only thrives and grows because the conventional methods are constantly being called into question. The only way that the person behind the idea can grow is if others scrutinize and challenge it to the fullest extent. It isn't a personal attack nor does it say anything about the accomplishments of any said PUA, it only means that something is growing and evolving from the seed they planted. The community isn't only a handful of mPUA's that regularly exchange ideas, it's made up of all of us working as a team to contribute to the seduction arts.

So when you stumble upon that controversial theory that tickles your brain, put some thought into it and challenge it. But remember to give a reason why. You will be doing your duty for the community by helping in an ongoing process of innovation. In return, you become a part of the next big revolutionary idea. Who knows, the next mPUA may be on Seddit right now.
