I am 24 years old and I had no dating experience prior to last week. I had a coffee date last Friday with a girl I had recently met. The date, in my opinion, went well. I didn't kiss her and there wasn't much physical play other than the "hello" and "goodbye" hugs. But there wasn't really any awkward periods and we had a really good conversations going throughout the date. But I must say, the date did have a more friendly vibe rather than a romantic one(I don't know if this is normal for a first date). I told her we should have a second date and she agreed and told me to text her.

I really like this girl , but I am very busy this week with school projects. I also think I screwed up by calling/texting her one too many times over the weekend to see if she can make plans for Sunday, which she couldn't. So I decided to take a friends advice and not text/call her for 2 days after . I was thinking of having the second date this Friday, but this brings me to my main questions, is a week after the first date too long for a second date? If not, what should I write in the text to set this up? What would you recommend I should do on this date? Should I be more physical/active with her, or should I just setup something similar to the first date?

TL;DR: Title
