Is it bad to be a nice guy?

The is a difference to being a respectful man and a nice guy. Respectful men are confident and have their lives together, or at least have goals in life they are working towards. They also have set limits and respect themselves enough to know when to walk away from a girl.

Nice guys, don't really have much of anything going on. They have too much free time on their hands, aren't really looking to improve themselves and have a tendency to do nothing but agree with a girl that interests them. They don't care about self respect and will do whatever it takes to get in bed with a girl, which usually backfires on them. When it does they complain by saying things like "all girls hate me" or "All girls only want asshole bad boys." When the truth is, they themselves are the problem.

There is nothing wrong with respecting a girl, but you also must remember to respect yourself first.

Nice guys finish last. Being a nice guy is better than being a dick but there’s a difference between being nice and being a p***y. If you let the girl walk all over and just agree with her and put her on this pedestal, eventually she realizes you don’t have enough respect for yourself and moves on to someone who has confidence in themselves. I’ve worked a lot on the psychology of this feel free to ask any questions or advice

A nice guy actually is a liar. Thats why he gets no respect and no dates from girls.

He pretends to be friends with a girl (aka giving them 'respect') in hopes to weasel his way into a relationship, so he essentially gets in good with a girl under false pretenses then springs this revelation on her. Her response is revulsion because she realizes he was being dishonest from the very start.

Then he wonders why the guys who made no bones about their affections and intent for a girl have far more success...

All moral shit aside, it is an exhilarating experience to re-invent yourself. For most people, a geographic move facilitates it. When you go to Uni, get a job in a new town, travel for a long time, you'll get the chance. Pursue a goal that will get you out there and become the guy you always thought it would be fun to try out.

Nice guys arent "nice" at all. They are actually very selfish and unsuccessful men because they lack a masculine influence on their upbringing. It's not their fault but you are that way and now you have to fix it. Read " no more Mr nice guy" by Robert Glover it will tell you exactly what you need to hear. It's not an easy read but trust me it works. Nice guys are just nice because they think they will get something out of being nice. They are also boring. You don't have to be a douche you just have to be a better man. Nice does not equal good.

Nice guys throw themselves under the bus for other people and expect thing in return. This is kryptonite to woman they hate this. Woman want a man that has sef respect and does things without expecting anything in return.
