You need to learn one thing “your feelings” is just an infatuation, your hormones. It’s not real love. Your feelings is just superficial attraction. You just call it love or something romantic because you are young and inexperienced.

Are you sure it’s feeling? I mean it could be, but guys tend to misinterpret their sex drive with feelings. This is why guys have post-nut clarity. We thought we liked or loved her, but after sex we find out that the feeling is gone.

Maybe for you it’s not sex (yet), but you pursue her validation/approval so when she rejects you then your feeling is gone.

Props to you. Some people never get over the girl who rejected them even though they never even dated. Most get fixated into their own fantasy what could have been. If you can move as fast good for you.

Also girls do not mind that approach. Except the one who rejected you haha. She might get jealous but that's on her.

If you met her briefly, bonding hormones are usually not getting activated yet, it’s a natural human mechanism. The opposite situation would be more problematic. And don’t get too concerned with this reputation thing, it’s a common theme that you need to pursue your goals against the current.
