Here's some context. There's a coworker (24F) at my (31M) current workplace that I've developed some interest in. I'm leaving the company in two days. I'm a fragrance collector. We've been chatting here and there since she joined up at the end of May. Two weeks ago I've introduced light flirting to our dialogues, and last week I've introduced light kino to which she didn't react negatively but didn't reciprocate in any way except for some accidental finger touches. I was planning to ask her out today, but chickened out because of a playful dialogue we had before I left for home. So, here it is:

Her: You really do look like the perfumer (referring to the main character of the movie called "Perfume: The Story of a Murderer").

Me: Just as handsome?

Her: Well, I'm not the one who said that.

Me: So what do you think of me, then?

Her: Are you fishing for a compliment?

Me: Why not?

She gives me a stare.

Her: So, when is your last day?

Me: Tomorrow... I mean, tomorrow is our last mutual workday. But mine is Wednesday.

Her: I have a day off at Wednesday, so...

Me: You will miss me?

Her: Well, yeah... your working duties.

Me: Ouch, that hurt a bit.

Her: Well, take it as a compliment.

That "duties" bit had gotten under my skin, so I said goodbye and left without doing anything else. Is it worth it giving it another shot?
