Met a girl at a community thing I attend once a week with my friend. She made it very obvious that she was in to me, but I could tell she is a bit foxy and probably plays around.

Not interested in a relationship with her but I got bored and texted her to set up lunch between the two of us. Usually we only met with other groups of people but she has hinted she wanted to do something alone with me. She responds asking what date and I tell her the date and immediately goes radio silent.

I assume she will text me back right before the proposed date for the lunch because I see her every week anyways, but I plan to tell her something came up on my end as well. Or should I just ghost her?

For added context, I have very good reasons for assuming she wanted to meet up alone.
