I feel like finally I'm actually changing.

It's probably not what you're expecting: but yesterday night I didn't approach a girl I had my eye on, and I'm perfectly fine with it. It has now finally dawned upon me: I'm okay with myself and my honest behaviour. I finally stopped being dependent on what other people think of me, and what women think of me.

In the past I would've been so worked up about not approaching that one girl, but now I can just acknowledge the fact that I didn't.

Approaching and game is finally fun again, and not something I need to do to validate myself. I approach and game when I feel like doing so, not because I somehow have to.

It's nice to have less pressure, and just enjoy the things you do. This comes from an "I'm okay with myself" point of feel, and I've noticed that actually only improved my ways around people.

So, learn to appreciate yourself, and work from there.
