I have approach anxiety because the main reason is I care too much about what others think. I can care less if I get rejected or not.

I know this because when I meet girls online in person for the first time, there has been times when I know sometimes people around me think "why is he with her?", but since I care and formed a connection online, I want to make the girl feel good even if I am not into her because I turn it into a practice date so I block out others and focus just on us which helps.

But when it comes to approaching girls in person, it's hard to block out my surroundings. Any advice to help me stop caring about what others think? I know people say you probably won't see her again but this is not about her, it is about others because I might see those other people again.

I admit I am hard on myself and like to think I am good at everything though I do not have a very tough skin.
