I always thought that when this time came I would just hit on everyone, try and sleep with everyone because why not? I'd have nothing to lose

Point blank: think this through. If you aren't capable of actually getting laid comfortably NOW, then going out and trying to fuck every girl you see, is a recipe for disaster, if not sexual assault charges.

In fact, this is desperation talking.

Far too many people put far too much pressure on themselves to have some sort of high flying, rockstar, sexual lifestyle in college. Real life is far less extreme most of the time. But the myths floating around would have you believe that college is supposed to be some sort of sex den of debauchery and if you're not living that, then you're a freak loser with something seriously wrong inside.

Clearly this sort of pressure has led to you considering doing something really tone-deaf and ridiculous. You appear to need work developing your social skills instead of this extreme thing that you're probably not equipped to pull off without huge problems.

I don't exactly know how to do this without being to crass and burning every bridge.

That's because what you're really considering here is going out and trying something that's WAY too advanced.

My suggestions would be to prepare for life outside of college. Start building up a means for meeting and interacting in fun ways with new people. Some suggestions if you haven't already considered these things:

Hash runs. Trail running + beer + fit people = win
Couchsurfing meets. Hang with travelers and people who like to be around travelers.
Social partner dancing. Salsa, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Argentine Tango, etc. You really can't go wrong. Learn something fun and have an excuse to be close to a girl in a fun and non-threatening way. (Just respect it as an activity & means of self-improvement first, and place to meet women second.)

Search on FB for groups related to activities you like, in the area you live in.

don't. sit down and focus on how you can better improve your online profiles and meeting girls outside, you'll get plenty of sex doing that

Set something up that you can do weekly and invite people to. That way you don't have to be to aggressive and by surrounding yourself with a bunch of girls that you flirt with you will find that they will start competing against each other, effectively gaming themselves so you do less work in the long run.
