I'm in college, I don't have a car, I travel around by bus, and I live with my parents.

Now, I don't want to use these as excuses. The only logical place I've come to realize i could fuck a girl is in some semi-private public area (like a fitting room)or her place.

My question is: Is it the same thing? If I successfully get her horny/get her number/want to meetup with her, do I be honest with her and tell her about the logistical situation or will I come off as a guy who doesn't have his shit together?

Also, say I were to go out and talk to girls around the city. Should I be upfront saying that I am actually having nothing to do and enjoying a nice walk around the city? Or should I even go to the extent to say that I am walking around hitting on girls because I'm in the mood? Is that creepy? I don't want to resort to saying that I am meeting up with a friend in some vague time and place. That is not me being honest.
