Idk if you live in a big city or a small town. If it's the former then join a dating app, look for meetup groups either on meetup app or Facebook, look for local events happening around. The key is you have to be comfortable to go to these places by yourself at first. Not care too much about others. Dating will require you to step out of your comfort zone. Take baby steps

Its normal to be scared. But find it in you to do one tiny thing that scares you just a little. But VERY little. Like first just say thank you to the cashier at the cash food store. Then make eye contact. Then do it to the barista that you think is cute. Keep escalating slowly like that.
