When I was 3, I suffered an accident that blinded my right eye. This caused it to start to peer to the right because the brain could not calibrate the eye muscles anymore due to lack of vision. It hurt the confidence growing up but I've since manned up and gotten over it. Although, this has some difficulties in the field as I cannot stare down women from across the room because it is a high likelihood that they don't think I am looking at them. Even up close, they think I am disinterested assuming I am avoiding eye contact. Any tips, ideas? Anyone else working the field with a disability?
