because of your preconceived notions of women and what they like, you've assumed that "all women" judge you negatively when they see you. my advice is to try seeing women as individuals! and, be sure to cast aside all your sexist beliefs that brought you to this subreddit.

After teaching men for years I have seen that this normally comes from the fact that thats what the guys are doing to women.

You think they judge you negatively, cool. Acknowledge that, accept that and then let go of it. Like dropping a bag on the floor and keep on moving.

Over time of meeting and getting to know women you will see that this assumption you have isn't true, its just another thought that pops up in your head. And our heads have so many thoughts.

But just accept it, don't make you self wrong for thinking it.

Start to do other activities to build up your self esteem. Exercise, new hobbies or a mens group for you and your friends to come and openly about whats is going on and how you are feeling. You will quickly see that we all have these thoughts about ourselves

Just by this post you already have told me YOU believe you have low self esteem. It’s a MENTAL GAME, and not one you can easily hurdle, but have to work on gradually. It took me over 7 months to finally have an abundant mindset and life has been far better. Talk to everyone, freestyle in your free time to get better at coming up with things on the spot, and don’t give a fuck. She doesn’t like me? Cool. She likes me? Cool. I have the same reaction for everything and know that not every girl with fuck with me, but that’s life. My success is built on a foundation of failures, but I took my failures and learned from EVERY encounter, good or bad. LEARN from your “mistakes” and tweak it so that eventually you have a good idea of what you are doing.

Game is something that comes naturally to some people, but takes a LOT of practice for others. Im a natural introvert so I have a routine to get me in my mamba mentality before I go out. You can do it! I promise you you can, but you HAVE to morph your mindset into one of “why don’t they like me” to “idc if they like me, but imma do me and they can deal with it”.

Change the way you think so that all women judge you positively, and think you're great. Negative thoughts begets negative results. Women are attracted to positivity and confidence, and can sense if you have negative low self-esteem about yourself. Try it out for a few weeks and see if anything changes.
