I've been in an LTR for 2 years now. The best and simplest advice I can offer is this:

Express yourself to the fullest - and be confident about it. Everything else will take care of itself.

Once you're in an LTR there's really not a whole lot you need to do to keep things rolling. The biggest concerns are:

Being least invested (or at least appearing as such)
Handling shit tests properly
Leading

In addition to what RaptorButts said, my last few relationships (not exactly LTRs because I ended them fairly quickly) involved a lot of "gaming"- even though I didn't know anything about the community at the time.

Basically, the more experience you have, the better you are at dealing with girls in general. When you start having a lot of options and really feeling empowered, so-to-speak, you'll definitely still be using "game" when you have a girlfriend (and this shit should be natural- try to really work on internalizing the mindset if you have to fake shit). In other words, like RaptorButts said, I was still teasing these girls all the time, still doing push/pull, still being "busy" because I was legitimately busy, still doing takeaways, still cavemanning- basically I was still doing all the same shit I do with a random girl in a night, but spread out over the course of a month or longer. Like he also said, these girls fucking couldn't get enough of me (which is actually part of the reason I didn't stay with em- too much clinginess).

You shouldn't ever stop gaming, because the essential elements of game are exactly what's making you attractive to women. Before I had more of an abundance mentality, I had a long-term girlfriend in high school, and I can pinpoint the very minute she started losing interest in me- and it was basically the first time I started acting needy (she didn't appreciate it, and being the dumbass I was, I didn't realize how unattractive it was to her- so I kept at it).

In terms of being "busy," just realize your girl wants some alone time and some time with her friends, so make sure- because you're an independent motherfucker who isn't getting all his validation from her- that you're also spending time doing other shit. I spent wayyy too much time with that girl in high school, and I was much more invested in the relationship than she was. Naturally, it didn't work out. But with the last handful of girls I've been exclusive with, it was a totally different story- I held all the "power" in the relationships, and I was the one who chose to end them. They didn't work out either, obviously, but it wasn't because of any fault of mine.
