There were some pickup artists with a coffee shop in a college town. They got taken down because they had a podcast, and one guy basically kiss and told. Idiots.

What you have going is a little local fame. Like a preacher almost.

Flirt with all your customers (like a bartender) but only talk to them for real off the work premises.

Generally, I wouldn't suggest it. It's one thing if it's your job (as in you're working for someone else and hitting on your female co-workers) but if it's your actual business?

That'll sink you faster then fast dude. How do I know?

I work for a family owned business, and my boss/the owner is the head mechanic and he's a super pervert (which is whatever, but there's a time and place for it) and I know of a good many people that refuse to do business with us simply because of remakes he's made to them.

He's an extreme example, but the idea is the same. You'll over time build a reputation you might not want.

Women if they are really feeling you, they will give you their phone number. At work, it's not worth you taking any more action than accepting it. They know you are at work, and they know what the reprocussions can be if you go too far. So the conscious ones, the ones that you want anyway, know what to do.

Get a IG account(personal, not your buss). Get girls on instagram, take a look at wich are following you back and like all your posts and watching all stories and shit. Than you will get a grasp of wich really have a crush on you.

Another thing you can do is have your bussiness account and ask people to add it. And them having your personal account like showing up in your buss acc. Like a small 'managed by: xxx', very professionaly. Than it will be easy for the girls that have a crush on you to do a little stalking and add you on ther IG.

Just dont have on your personal IG things that might hurt your business, like no drugs or appearing wasted or like cringe sexy pics or any other weird stuff. The best weapon a guy might have to pick up girls is a solid prosperous business, with a growing team of workers that see him as a leader and respect him. And you should always treat girls well.

I'd be very leery of hitting on customers in a college town in the MeToo era. One article in the paper could bury your business.

If you're fit enough (muscles) co-eds will hit on you, and you'll be inoculated from any nonsense if you APPEAR like you do well with women. If you look like all these guys showing up in the papers/websites lately, you won't get away with it.

There's a big difference in perception between a bull elk who women just shrug at his shenanigans "Oh, he's just good with women", and looking like Jared from Subway and getting into a bit of trouble.
