Lol 😂 yeah. I guess others are dealing with the same thing. If it’s bad, I just try to eject as gracefully and politely as possible. But it is kinda a bummer and makes me second guess my own judgment which is not great for trying to overcome AA which is still somewhat of an issue for me. I’d say only about 10% don’t wear masks so only going for those really thins out the potential targets.

Thanks for your comments. I think the mindset tips helped. I did a lot more approaches yesterday. But unfortunately never got to see them unmasked.

I was wondering if anyone has figured out a non tacky way to get them to drop their masks. I could just ask but I feel like that is tacky and would hurt the vibe.

Let me know what you think about this. I’m thinking of approaching with mask on (usually I’m mask less because I think they’re stupid and want her to see how handsome I am). Then, after some positive connection I can be like “let’s both take our masks off” so it’s less tacky and more playful. Obviously no matter what she looks like I’ll act surprised like “you’re cuter than I expected”. Hopefully she reciprocated which would be major IOI and can go for number close or instadate shortly after because she’ll be primed to agree at that point. (If she’s not cute I’ll just throw her number out later).

Anyone tried something like this or any tips?

Yeah no idea. I guess just talk to them and hope for the best. Kinda sucks though. I was talking to a girl who seemed around my age. She took her mask off and looked much younger.
