The Manual, by W. Anton breaks down masculinity to it's roots. It will tell you how a masculine/feminine dynamic works and why it works. It will tell you how these expressions of ourselves are being oppressed in our culture and gives many examples of it happening. It stripped away whatever was left of my insecurity regarding sexual expression. Reading this book is essential if you want to develop a rock-solid masculine core and understand dynamics of male/female interaction. It highly emphasizes evolutionary psychology and gives a very logical break down of attraction. I strongly recommend reading The Power of Now and The Way of the Superior Man immediately afterwards.

Contrary to what was stated below, The Manual doesn't tell you not to be vulnerable. Not once. I'm not sure where the dude got that.

Models is much more laid back and chill in comparison. This book is just as essential in that it teaches you to be a well-rounded dude and to not take pickup so god damn seriously. Reading this should give you a better grasp of what we would call "natural" game and will polish off all the theory you pump into yourself.

The Manual and Models are very similar and different with regards to the concepts, ideas and method they preach. Manual believes that a masculine man should NOT show vulnerability while Models believes the opposite. Both believe strongly in creating a physical connection with a women in order to attract them. I believe Manual is better for theory, while Models is much better for practical use. Both are a good read :)
