Hey peeps

I have been back to tinder app since two weeks and I noticed that my account was not getting the same matches i used to get (Used to get 30-40 minimum per week). After I reinstalled I got like 10-12 then the matches stopped all together. I have used two boosts but I got 0 matches from them. I have contacted support and after few emails they said that they would look at it. Then now they responded that nothing wrong with my account and the same typical answers. What I noticed is that since they responded to my email, matches started to reappear and I started getting new matches slowly out of the previous boosts. They have also gave me a free boost. I don't know what to think of this since giving me the boost back seems like there was actually something wrong behind the scene and tinder wouldn't be handing out free boost like that ( big companies usually ignore these requests) anyway, it seems like I was shadow banned for some reason and they allegedly fixed it without letting me know. I will try with this account for few more weeks to test my theory and results then I am creating a new one. If you faced the same problem try to contact support and see if this helps. ( the contact support button only exists on the web version of tinder not the app, the app one will direct you to useless articles)
