She must be so low right now, so the first thing you should do is not staying away from her, don't create more space between you two, that make her feel worst, you have to understand that she's in bad mood everytime you two are together, so trying to be a friend to her, comfort her and if you lucky enough, you can get her into the friendzone, which is better than nothing in the next 4 weeks.

You can't do much about what you can't control, but you can control how you react to that. Best course of action would be to do your thing as usual, and don't let her bother you.

But of course, if she makes things awkward for you, and there's no resolving this through words, don't hesitate to use all remedies at your disposal.

You didn't create this problem, that's what you have to keep in mind.

Talk to her truthfully, explain the situation, explain that you maybe involved with someone else (lie) and that you are not interested, ad have no feeling back for her. Maintain a friendship, but make it clear, so that there is no confusion between you two, even if she has a crush on you, crushes go away).

Wait until her internship is over, then date her. Its okay to office date, but never date in your chain of command.
