So, as the title says I got to experience a bit of an issue with flaking from the other party. We had been talking for about 3x weeks and finally gotten around to scheduling in a date, the night before I text her asking what the address was that I was picking her up at, she reads the text and doesn't respond. I figured she went to bed and forgot to respond so I rolled with it, shot her a text the next day to see what the plan was and she didn't open the message until about 3 hours after the date was supposed to start, and again left me on read.( Note this is all on Snapchat)

Next day she apologized profusely, scheduled in a date for the next week and said that she wouldn't miss it again, 2nd date rolls around, exact same thing happened.

She went on to repeat the apology, pushed out a date for the following Saturday and I decided I'd roll with it, texted her throughout the week checking if she was still down, and she would invariably say "yes". Finally the night before the date I shoot her a text and she does the same thing she has for the last two, she did at one point start texting me about 3 hours after the date would have started, I was at the gym so couldn't really do anything, told her we could try again later that day, and that would be when she went back to ignoring texts.

I went home, tried calling a couple times and told myself that if I didn't get a response by midnight I was blocking her, sure enough, woke up the next day to no responses, glanced at her snap score and verified that she had definitely been texting other people in the meantime, so I unfriended her and moved on.

Whole point of the post was kinda to see if this is normal behavior now, I as a rule don't simp or chase after a girl that's just stringing me along, I stick to my rule of 3 and the instant that line is crossed over I end any communication since its not worth my time and she's clearly not interested.
