So you feel you're not good enough. Everyone was a child once. Including those hot girls. Once you meet them and they feel more comfortable, you'll see that they're just random fucking girls, like the child they used to be. There's no other way to show it to your brain than to put yourself through it, so go talk to hot girls. Not to "pick them up", just to talk. Probably better to do this during the day. You can actually say "Hey, how are you? You're probably wondering why I'm talking to you. No, it's not to "pick you up" lol. Well, for some reason I get really nervous when I talk to attractive people, because somehow I think they're above me or some shit, that they have a better status. I know it's weird for you to listen to this, because you're one of those people. I'm probably just fucking crazy, but anyway, a dude told me that I thought I wasn't good enough and it kinda made sense. He said "I had to go through it" to make my brain realize that you're just normal people and that it's okay, so I decided to try it out. I know, I'm weird. Anyway, what's your name? I like your whatever..."

I have actually used the "I'm trying to get over social anxiety.. will you help me?" opener before and it creates instant comfort, although this is only good for practice as it's totally beta and almost always puts you in the friend zone with that person/group
