Basically here is the deal:

I have been out of the game for a couple of years and my abilities have diminished on approaching, picking up random, unknown girls in the bar/club/street/whatever. I am frigging terrified of approaching a girl which I don`t know.

If by some miracle I am able to get in to a chat with a girl, I am terrible of keeping the conversation alive. I try to keep asking about her, but they always mostly give short answers.

So...what can I do to improve myself and how could I get rid of this terror of approaching women.
