You're in the friend zone. Back off for a bit, maker her wonder what you're doing. Go have fun so when you talk with her again you'll have some good stories.

You'll then need to make an opportunity to see her so you can start building attraction. You're not going to get anywhere with texting or instant messaging. Although phone calls are in a good direction!

Also, lose the smiley faces. They'll only hinder you until you get out of the friend zone.

Agreed with the other posts, but also want to add...Don't worry about mixed signals... It'll only fuck with your head. Just push forward until you get a clear rejection. I made that mistake, and by analyzing gets you to hesitate when you otherwise wouldn't.

I am with Andre on this one. The reason she is so personally open with you is probably due to the fz. The way I see it, there's a sort of two pronged method you need to approach this with.

Read the text game posts in the sidebar, both the primary and the facebook ones under the "read this then this" sections. I know it was not your intention, but you came off downright needy and like you have open days. You replicated a request, though I am not sure what her original response was. You also talked to much in general over text, where it is extremely hard to build attraction.
Stop contacting her so much. In this time, start doing exciting and new social things. Read the sidebar on getting out of the fz. IMO your best bet is to make your life be or seem like it got way more exciting and exclusive. Then when you do contact her, do it with much more high energy (work talk is a nono for me unless they enjoy it or have crazy stories). I would give it a few weeks (pinging her maybe once a week), then invite her out with some new friends.

I would be interested to hear more of what she has said to you. It does not seem like a really deep/needy fz, but there is not enough data.
Good fighting and also remember, get rid of oneitis. You should be picking up socially as well both for you, and to increase your social value if she comes around.
